National Sales Manager – Medical Product Supply Sales

45-60k Base, 50-75k OTE + Executive Benefits Our client is a leading provider of supplies and services to the Healthcare sector. This firmly established company provides a broad range of products (IV pharmaceuticals, medical, surgical and laboratory) and value added services (pharmaceutical compounding, community equipment services - asset tracking, decontamination and recycling, home adaptation) to an ever increasing account base. Due to further growth throughout Europe, they are now looking for a National Sales Manager to lead teams throughout England and Wales. As a Regional Sales Manager focused on Medical Supply Solutions you will lead a growing team of IV Sales Specialists across a large territory covering England and Wales. This hands-on role will cover the leadership, motivation and daily management of a UK based IV sales team, the strategic proactive management of tendering submissions, and the achievement of revenue and profit targets as per national business plans. You will provide accurate management reporting of relevant internal and external market information, lead business development across NHS, Private and Hubs, oversee marketing requirements and attend both national & international conferences/trade fairs etc. as required. The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 45-60k dependent upon previous sales management experience with an uncapped OTE of 50-75k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
