Justphysio is currently recruiting for a community physiotherapist to work in Cambridgeshire

Your Job role
To work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide effective and high quality care to patients in a home environment.
NB: While it is anticipated that these posts will operate largely within normal working hours, there may be a requirement for some ‘on-call’ visiting where a clinical need exists.

Duties will include
• To demonstrate well developed dexterity, co-ordination and palpatory senses for assessment and treatment
• To undertake the comprehensive assessment of patients, including those with a complex presentation, using investigative and analytical skills
• To formulate an individualised physiotherapy management and treatment plan, using documented clinical reasoning skills and utilising a wide range of treatment skills and options, ensuring the patient is involved in the programme wherever possible taking into account their psychological and social situation
• Deliver efficient and effective care and communication between the multidisciplinary team, the patient, relatives and carers.
• Ensure that patient care plans are regularly updated, changes implemented and that patients’ records and documentation are maintained and current.

To be qualified for this position you must have a bachelor degree in physiotherapy, be currently registered with HCPC, have experience working in busy environment and have post registration experience specialising within Orthopaedic, Respiratory or Rehabilitation care, 2 years rotations will be considered.
