Band 6 Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist

£26 per hour Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 6 physiotherapist/occupational therapist to work in Merton on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC. The pay rate for this locum physiotherapist/occupational therapist job is £26 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract. You will be working within the neuro therapies team comprising of two occupational therapists, two assistant practitioners and five physiotherapists. Requirements of the physiotherapist/occupational therapist: - Degree or equivalent within physiotherapy/occupational therapy
- HCPC registered as a physiotherapist/occupational therapist
- Experience of managing complex caseload with comorbidities including clients with an end of life prognosis, older adults, dementia and falls
- Experience of models of rehabilitation, minor modifications and equipment including static specialist seating, adjusting to their condition and self-management, assessing mental capacity in relation to specific conditions
