As the Director of Nursing you will be responsible for the management of all nursing staff on a large campus and a number of satalyte units. Their Director will making key decisions on staffing levels, whilst owning the process for recruitment/selection, performance reviews and salary decisions. You will integrate your department’s Services into the Hospital’s primary functions, offering recommendations and managing budgets. You will monitor quality of services, looking for innovative methods of working to formulate and implement new policies.
